Reverge Studios Internship: Week 4
Now that the basics of ambience and dialogue are finished for now, we need to get them working on our characters. Unfortunately, making a character move and talk with lip sync animations does not happen automatically, so thats what I spent this week researching, emphassis on the research. Apparently, working with animation and meshes an morph targets is not the simplest thing in the world. I learned what a Metahuman character is and made one. I also got the creation of basic lip sync animations down, but much of this week really has been dedicated to research, bug fixing, and note taking.
